I absolutely adored the charming, vintage decoration of the hotel. The beautiful wallpaper in soft pastel colors and the elegant furniture brought back memories of a bygone era. The hotel's general areas were impeccably maintained, and it was evident that great care was taken to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were wide, and there were grab bars in the bathroom, making it safe and convenient for people with mobility challenges like me.

My only wish for a better vacation for senior people would be for the children working there to receive more training in customer service. While the hotel itself was lovely, the staff lacked the warmth and friendliness that I expect from a hospitality establishment.

During our city trip in Lamezia, we found the hotel's location to be very convenient, as it was situated near the train station and bus stop to the airport. It made it easy for us to explore the city and catch our flight without any hassle. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which was a great advantage for us. The internet speed was good, and we were able to stay connected throughout our stay.

One of the main downsides of the hotel was its outdated appearance. Though the property was clean, it lacked a modern touch and seemed a bit old-fashioned.

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The owner was friendly and accommodating, even serving me an early morning coffee before breakfast officially started. it was a great experience at the Piccolo Hotel Lamezia.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Lamezia.
